🌬️ 1. Box Breathing (Square Breathing)
Perfect for moments of panic or overwhelm. It restores a sense of control and rhythm.
How to do it:
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat for 4–6 rounds, ideally in a seated position.

This technique slows the heart rate and encourages deep relaxation.
How to do it:
Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
Hold the breath for 7 seconds
Exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds
Do this for 4 breath cycles before bed or during stressful moments.
